Halyard Consulting Uses Crowdfunding to Produce First Book
JERSEY CITY, New Jersey (August 14th, 2012)
Halyard Consulting President Jonathan Goodman has turned to Indiegogo.com, to help the crowdfunding of his first book entitled “What Competitors Don’t Want You to Know About Website Traffic”. (http://ow.ly/cWMLp) The funding goal is $7,500 and if successful will be the first in a series of Internet technology books for non-technical website owners. The Indiegogo.com project launched Monday August 13th and ends Wednesday October 12th, 2012.
“I threw out all the technical mumbo-jumbo present in the other books on this subject.” said Jonathan Goodman. “I want to help bridge the gap between company decision makers and their webmasters.” The book arms the reader with important questions and helps produce a clear understanding of how to strategically implement change for their websites. It delivers a solid business overview and analysis of the data coming from the website traffic reports.
Recently successful crowdfunding projects include Seth Godin’s project, for the launch of his newest book. It exceeded the requested goal by 7 times accumulating $287,342 by the funding deadline.
